Bumblebees & Carpenter Bees in African Blue Basil

Today didn’t go as originally planned but that didn’t stop it from being a nice day.

I spent some time out in the backyard with MiniMe and decided while out there that it was well past time to take some pictures of the Bumblebees & Carpenter Bees in the African Blue Basil. I didn’t see any Honey Bees today but I didn’t spent a long time watching.

I’ve decided to reread the Thomas Pitt series by Anne Perry and I’ve just begun the 4th book. I enjoy murder mysteries and also historical books. This series gives me the best of both!!
