Sometimes all you need to do is salt, drain, refresh and flash fry with garlic till they resemble crisps, but visit here if you are bored with that. We have also had courgette muffins, courgette cake, courgette topped fish pie....

The teenager said he wanted to go to Arran today but then changed his mind and felt it would be too much of an effort (it is so tiring being with a teenager) , so I got a lot done in the garden instead. Hey, we live next door to Arran and can go anytime, he has to fly 4, 000 miles first. Who scored that time, huh?
