Quiz night & supper

We walked to the next village tonight to support our friends who are raising money for charity and running the Newcastle half marathon next weekend.

After relentless rain for about 9 hours this morning, the evening brightened up beautifully and our evening was really enjoyable.  The walk there was just gorgeous in the evening sunshine, spotting deer and dodging sheep poo.  (see extra).

The food was delicious, and the quiz master relaxed, clear and efficient (thank you Jenny and Mark), all in all a superb event.  Best of luck for the main event next weekend. xxx
