That’s camp for you!

A full on day to be sure.

Lots more chopping, of course. I did 26 cucumbers just before lunch. The watermelon & pineapple were for breakfast.

There were oodles of fun and games that we snuck a look at in between what we needed to get on with.

After supper, a bunch of team leaders came in to wash up as a way of saying thank you to the cooks, and to speed our way so that we could join the evening’s entertainment. Which we did. And it was great fun. Compered by NoaNoa (aka BananaB) and Lils (aka BananaC).

DougsJB played the guitar whilst Dot.T sang a song she’d written to thank the cooks (again) :-)) but she had the whole crowd up, dancing and singing along.

Great final full day at CONNECT camp. What a blessed blessed week. Even with the weather - it was predicted to be bad and tricky, but the heavy stuff only fell when we were all in the teepee this evening.
