Crown Prince

Not sure if my photograph does it justice – had to edit it as it was too dark!

Asked AI for recipes for the Crown Prince squash I bought a few of days ago. Came out well in my Ninja Speedi air fryer.

Stuffed with Basmati rice, onions, mushrooms, spinach and cranberries. One ½ left for tomorrow.

Went to Lidl, Branksome for Colombian Supremo coffee. Have tried many over the years, and this is my go-to for breakfast. Really annoying Boscombe has been out of it for days. Hope not being discontinued.

And collected more magnesium and glucosamine spray from Wilko. Don't want to run out. Seems to be very effective.

Just watched the last of this year's Summer Friday fireworks. Usually the air-show would on, and Bournemouth would be buzzing. Starting to feel like high season's over.
