Pine Cone-sumption

We’ve had A LOT of rain today. We managed to dodge the showers and walk the dogs. Ruby, who eats anything, picked up a pine cone as a tasty treat. Tonight we had to save a little partridge from her jaws.
My main job today was cleaning out my work bag and washing it. I’ve also planned some activities for my first couple of days back. I dropped D at the van hire place so he could pick up a van for his gig tomorrow. Alf has gone off to Liv’s for the weekend. He had to go by train as his car hasn’t got an MOT at the moment.
