Drawers

I was reminded how painful it can be to fall off your bike by falling off my bike in the most clownish way having decided, for reasons that remain a mystery, to cycle right up the garden path rather than, as is usual, getting off at the garage and walking. The wheelie bin didn't move so why my handlebar clipped it as I made the tight turn up the path I don't know but it was enough to send me to the ground, landing on my elbow, still clipped into the pedals so wriggling around trying to get my feet out. Naturally, I got up, looked accusingly at the bin, checked I hadn't broken my collar bone again and hobbled to the house to look at the forming bruises on elbow and hip. In a few years that'll be a broken femur.

Tried to perform some surgery on my bed in the van. This pair of drawers, taken out of Mandy's wee van is going to be inserted into the space under the bed, alongside where the dog crate goes, which makes the current space unusable. Trying to do the cutting while the bed is in the van saves me dismantling the whole thing. The rain was pretty uncooperative.
