Family Lunch..

… Not referring to the lamb!

We met up at a midpoint for us all.
Our own part of journey took us on a diversion through the Staffordshire Moorlands.
I had to stop and take a picture, it was so beautiful.

Lovely to get so many of us together (well, ok, 6! We’re a small family!).
Someone brought an old wedding album (from 1959) which created a very pleasant interlude over the coffee. And even more exciting, it was musical! Must have been all the rage in 1959! It had a little mechanism built into it, much like the matchbox sized novelty ‘happy birthday’ wind-up toys. Shame we didn’t make it work. We wondered what tune it would have played.
(And is it repairable?).
