Open University tartan

A very exciting parcel arrived from Scotland this morning. A kilt for C and a bolt of fabric for me to make something out of. I need to get sewing so we can be matching at my graduation in October.
The Open University tartan was designed by a colleague based in the Edinburgh office.
Currently the only other wearer of this tartan is a black dog called Maxwell, or his full kennel name ‘Maximum Wellbeing’, who was purchased from the charity SANE. The tartan was designed to be used for the coat for Maxwell, who was named by staff to symbolise their commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of staff and students.
