Is wisteria evil?

Waking up at home I finally had a very decent wash so felt nearer to godliness. 

Just starting to catch up with all the unfinished business.  I realised that I had had a very good slipstream in August so, late in the day took this ordinary picture. 
The wisteria comes from the neighbours garden. I was impressed that in 6 weeks it had invaded the washing line and wrapped round the bird feeder.
Some serious effort with sharp things is required
