Vernon Mill...

Built in the late 19th century, Vernon Mill in Portwood, Stockport began life as a cotton spinning mill during the boom years of the cotton industry. Today, it is occupied by multiple small companies and most notably an artists collective that occupy the top two floors. There are over 60 artists studios and is a great place to browse and purchase original art.
