After the rain

I was lucky to get my short walk in before the rain came down as I was a bit later than usual.  This acer is another legacy of my dad’s garden as he had it in a pot at home and a friend transported it for me when we were clearing mum and dads house.

I had a really good morning at the exercise class and a more difficult afternoon which improved later.  As I’d cooked some pasta for my late lunch I only needed a small tea and cooked myself an omelette.  I actually took my camera out around the garden and across the road to collect flower pics after that.  Almost unheard of these days.  I’m usually too tired.
