Psychedelic Pom Bear

Ate a packet of Pom Bears this evening and decided to use one for my Abstract Thursday blip.  Did some processing so it would fit the theme of " colourful".  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Pottered around today doing a few chores and watching TV and then at 5.30pm I got a lift from Michelle to go to slimminhg group.  Had a gain of 4½ pounds.  Not surprising as I have been " off plan " for 2 weeks.  Determined to get back on it and try and get a loss next week.

Got home around 7pm and at 7.15pm my sister in law Virginia arrived to take me to her house.  Had a quick catch up with my brother John before he left to go to the pub with our cousin Phil.  Phil lives in Birmingham and he's in the area this week visiting and staying with Arthur - another cousin. 

It was Virginia's 70th birthday on Tuesday so I gave her a card and some presents.  Virginia made  made me a lovely salad  and we spent the evening chatting.  My niece Rachael was there too as well as two dogs and two cats.  Virginia gave me a lift home around midnight.

It was a dry day but this evening we have had heavy rain.
