A glowing few minutes

John has resprayed a coat of silver paint on top of the fire, some heat was needed to bake it off, he tells me curing is the word…. Although a wet evening it is too warm for a fire, it looked pleasant for a short while. 

Rory is the extra today, he has become an endearing little cat, although he did snarl at Ted earlier who skipped out of his way, not bothered.
