Autumn In August

My wife and I both had appointments in Wolverhampton. Both had dentist appointments and both had hygienist appointments.

We elected to stay with our old dentist when we moved home.

And we combined the appointments with a visit to see her old dad in his nursing home.

While she visited dad I took Hollie for a big walk around Oaken Park and lanes. Always a pleasurable outing but I was struck by how autumnal it all looked.

Dry crackling leaves on the floor, brown and golden leaves on the trees.

The seasons have a habit of creeping up on you...
