3931. New brew!

My husband makes beer using his “Pinter”, it’s an amazing contraption and it even has its own fridge in our spare room as we can only get one “Pinter” in the fridge at one time and as he has three of them, they need their own fridge!  Today he made this Guinness one, it takes a couple of weeks to produce it but he really enjoys his home brews!

I met my friend in town for coffee today and whilst we were doing our usual charity shop trawl, she spotted two shop lifters.  She watched them stash 4 items in a bag that was for sale with the intention of lifting the bag and heading straight out. She alerted the staff and stood right next to the young woman making it clear that she was aware that she was intending to steal clothes.  The woman saw her and left, the staff found the bag stuffed with clothing after she’d left the shop.  It’s so disappointing to see people stealing from a charity shop but it’s all too common.
