Juice Making
Just three of the many bottles of redcurrant juice which Kirsi has been slaving over recently. Pretty concentrated, these will be diluted with water for use at the table. A little bit of summer to see is through the cold, hard winter.
I have just checked with her and I am informed that she has made in the region of fifteen litres of this. Should be good for forty five to fifty litres at the table.
