Happy

This lad is like a pre teen, he sent me his selfie and then asked me to take a photo that he could use as his WhatsApp profile. The last few days after school he's spent on group chats with a couple of girls and they play roblox while chatting on the phone. Again there are rules and he has to be in the lounge so I can monitor.  


I was very pleased this morning and went for a 27 minute walk. But I did go and see my doctor about my sciatica as it's killing me. He said it could take weeks to feel better.  And he read my consultant notes and said I was all inflamed inside before surgery and then doing more than what was planned inside I have a lot of healing to do. He also measured my legs and my weaker one is two inches smaller from the muscle that I have lost in it. So I've to up my painkillers again which is a bummer and I've to reign it back a bit. I don't do anything really through the day. But I'll listen and I'll keep on resting.  And my stockings are back on. 

My friend Katie has just been for a catch up and a cuppa. The jedi just loves her. 
Friends are so important and I  wish I could hug a special blipper friend today.
