The hidden loch…..

most have never heard of Loch Sheilah, but it is one of my favourite walks. Today, was accompanied by several large flocks of Goldfinches, feeding on fluffy seed heads, mostly Hawkweed and Rose bay willow hen. They chattered continuously. The heather is still looking good and smelling wonderful. A lovely sunny day.
