Notes: Lots of dreams but forgot them as Feldspar scratched at the door for me to get up ~630a. Pickleball pushed back to 9a since school started for those driving in - I put on the group message about meeting anyone at 830a if they want to start warming up. Did some cleanup of the floors and litter boxes as well as my movement/stretching and then headed over. Good play for a solid 3 hrs w/ a little bit in between games as we had 12-13 total. Took shower and made coffee ~noon and warmed up beef sausage and ate some of the smoked sardines and some yogurt w/ granola. Heard that Dad was out and that the surgery supposedly went well - Mom hadn't seen him or talked to Dr yet. I was so tired, laid on the couch again and listened to some more solfeggio tones less than an hour before ads and then Priscilla at the sliding door wanting in. I got up and did an Essentrics and then made another green smoothie. Rita later went outside and was playing on the cat tree. Feeling a bit out of it but just watched some mindless stuff and then more of a JC (Beyond Mystic video). Watched shows in the evening - more Feldspar loves (and a big golden lap kitty).
