Calla

I had a session on the exercise bike in the morning, and then dodged the heavy showers to do some weeding and deadheading. I planted up the 5 new acquisitions.

We left the calla and canna in the ground to take their chances last year.  Most of the calla have grown leaves this year; just one of the canna.  But this is the only one to flower, at least so far.  And many of the calla and the lilies, that we planted last year are now being squashed by the other plants.  I think we need to do some resiting once everything is dying back.
