This is my friend and fun, work colleague. I'm the oldest in the department and he's the youngest, but we've always hit it off. He's at the start of his career and I'm at the end of mine but he's such a natural with the kids that I'm expecting great things. Now I only work part- time but we always have lunch together, either in or out of school.
