Red Red Wine . . . Neil Diamond

After telling the story about breaking a tangine and using the lid as a bird bath Mono Monday I couldn't help myself and I looked online and found I could by a replacement for less than the posh kitchen shop.  I took the plunge and today I am using it to cook a lamb tangine.  It is from Emile Henry and half the booklet is in french and the last section in english for me.  On the first page the one word I knew was felicitations!  They have been making ceramics in Burgundy since 1850.  "We are proud that our expertise in Clay and Fire is used to create delicious recipes, full of flavour.  
No rain yet but it is grey and cooler so it may still fall.
