Happiness is a sunflower...

Better day today! Lazy morning followed by a trip to the fair at Saumarez Park. H went on the trampolines connected to a bungee cord and bounced himself ridiculously high! Then we went to the sunflower maze. The sunflowers are about six foot high and are evidently very attractive to bees! Hence my blip!! It took us about twenty minutes to complete the maze which was planted as part of a fundraising effort. An ice cream completed our trip out and about.
This time next week I shall be stressing about going back to work after the summer holidays and C starting senior school. But for now, my head is firmly buried in the sand, ostrich-style! :-)
