Thinking Time

I attended the funeral of a friend this afternoon and was thankful to be able to retreat to a quiet place soon after for some processing.

I've become quite the reflector in the last few years and the way I choose to think has become far more considered.

Reflecting takes the pace off of things which is often a welcome gift.
