Camouflaged

First thing this morning I headed up to the opthalmic outpatients department. I was called in for another check up in relation to the cataract and glaucoma treatments I had. However, the consultant was happy with the current state of play and I  don't need to come back until the check up next year unless I  feel there is something not right. 
I managed to walk back in between the heavy showers and later on in the afternoon it was quite pleasant outside.  Even the Speckled Wood butterfly made an appearance  - well camouflaged though. 
In the evening I attended my last board meeting for Upland Arts Development CIC.  After seven years I'm standing down.
