Squatting
I nearly forgot about blip today and I almost didn’t do the Wordle - I need D here to keep me on track!
I did go to a new fitness class, though. It was called Body Balance, apparently a mix of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. No squatting, but plenty of lunging. I found it challenging (especially the balancing parts) but it made me realise that I need to be more flexible and work on my core strength. So I shall go back.
It was an early class, so Jess and I were out at 7.30. She hasn’t eaten her tea - maybe she needs D here, too.
