Berry time

Took this this morning when the early sun seemed to be highlighting the berries on the Pyracantha at the top of our back garden. Looking good. The Rowan to the left also has berries and the Holly to the right will be showing them soon.
It’s the season and although it’s been a largely sunny day again it has been much cooler.

We went to IKEA this morning for a few things  and as we were there we went to the nearby M&S for a general shop as the family are calling in at the weekend on their way back from Scotland.

We’re just back from the pub where we meet with friends on Wednesday. Alex joined us today when he finished work as it is his birthday. Sadly it seems they are no longer doing free drinks on your birthday! Never mind he got one from us.
