Two stars and a wish

An unexpectedly informative and interesting training session at the Medical School for the Simulated Patients programme.
The title being a useful summary for how to give positive constructive feedback.
And a session on the Global Syndemic, a new concept to me - a global syndemic” of silent killers of obesity, undernutrition and climate change, sharing common causes and needing to be addressed together.
And as a bonus I was sitting next to a 88 (looking 20 years younger) year old simulated patient who does the ParkRun every week in around 41 minutes. I reckon this puts their age related grade score at 80%, at least.
Now about to do a gentle run with the Southside Slowies age related grade probably 55%.
