Managed well at Pilates this morning - but I'll be giving badminton a miss for a few weeks!

Roy drove via the top of the hill to bag my blip in the sunshine - rain was due this aft, but it hasn't come to much.
We were on the way to the Waggon and Horses for lunch, celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary.
As the phrase went in Durham  "we don't spoil two houses" ;)
