Went for a cycle to the sea, had ice cream and sat on the beach and people watched. Gorgeous.

This evening my parents are coming down, they are kindly coming to help out with childcare tomorrow as Marc and I are both at work. I need to remember that I do have to go to work tomorrow, today has felt so much like a holiday I could easily forget.....
