Come down is real..

Well it was an sensory overload last night at Coldplay.
I have never been to an amazing concert like that!! 
It took awhile to quieten the senses for something that resembled sleep.
On walk to coffee shop did not see the tiny foot high wall.. I went for areal ouch!! on thw knee and elbow! Rightoutside A&E at The Royal free.. my glasses went into the road. A tad shocked inside.. knee and elbow clearly damaged inside down movement on the stairs not happening.

Silverberry was so.lovely yesterday we had coffee this morning  before setting  off back home
I miss London for many things.. 
Still glad to be where we are, but was a real missing and glad to  be there yesterday.
Love these train.lines names and the diversity..
Now pay back at work end of week and weekend.. all disconbobulated..
Phew.. Now home time for ice and Painrelief
