A day out

Bloody hell it was hard work , I had my weekly childcare day for the niece Martha and quite frankly she was an absolute monster … we met up with my beautiful friend Legs and her 3 and apart from Pip the eldest Legs boys were also on form for being challenging… I am NOT on board with this absolute madness ‘gentle parenting ‘ .
I never EVER raised a hand to my three and also I was never smacked either but HOLY f*ck when did it become acceptable to let the children dictate to adults …
Anyway suffice to say I was not particularly gentle with my tone and everyone ended up doing as they were told .
I’ve had the first rant that I’ve had in years !!! That feels very good. ;-))

I’ve had a little break as I couldn’t be bothered to do anything on the run up to the anniversary of Dads death … maybe doing a write up today about not throttling my niece will kick start my blipping regular blipping ?
