Young and free.....

Took the kids to Heaton Park today, they did the usual kid things, rolled down hills, Kai stripped off (only halfway ahem)....managed a nice long 5 mile walk round, had a picnic, played some football....little nana nap now, and think I'll scare Nathan tonight with a horror film. Contented....
