Utility Box Decoration

Many of the utilities boxes in Eugene are fancifully decorated by community artists.
I found my blip today along west 16th Street while on a downtown walkabout. 
It is my favorite thing to do when Kathy is busy at the hairdresser. 
Then, we treated ourselves with a lunch date for fish and chips.
