Shorter days

I feel like this summer went by too fast. We are going away this holiday weekend and so a change of scenery. 
I went to the chiropractor today so he could adjust my shoulder. A misalignment was causing a nerve to make my hand numb and tingling. It has woken me up the past three night. Looking forward to a good nights sleep!
