Celebrating ...

.. my youngest Aunt's 70th. We had a delicious birthday lunch in Kenmare Golf club, which we all enjoyed. Then her sons prepared a delicious Mexican meal for us for dinner, along with Margaritas!
I think the birthday girl was very happy with all the surprises of family showing up in Kenmare, having been told everyone had prior arrangements. It was a day tinged with sadness, as she was widowed less than 2 years ago. Her amazing husband was always the one to plan birthday surprises, his absence was definitely felt deeply throughout today,.
