... opting for a deckchairs at Skipper Shack this morning - it was very windy! Love the colour of the sea.
I met daughter E with baby T at a garage in Seaford today (her car service) then we walked to social tennis to meet up with R. Both R and I played a few games before we all headed home 
A chilled lunch and early afternoon spent with them before we walked back to the garage.
Yoga this evening.
