Cycling The Forest
Late morning it rained but by midday it'd dried up, so with the cycles on the back of our car, we set off for Gorsty Knoll, Coleford (Forest of Dean) Gloucestershire (UK) to do a cycle ride with our friends and neighbours.
We enjoyed a cuppa at the Cycle Cafe in Park End before continuing on the cycle paths through the forest to Cinderford and then Mallards Pike Lakes.
The photo' of Mrs BB and friend is taken on the path towards Cannop Ponds, Coleford. The light between the trees illuminating them nicely as they cycled over it. The last miles were an uphill pull back to the start. Total distance 21.2 miles. Lovely to get out before the rain forecast from tomorrow!
Tonight Cardiff City FC play Cheltenham in The Carabao Cup (2nd round) so I'll be watching that. Not an important game so I expect some fringe players to get a run out.
