Redland Church

I run by Redland church on my standard round the Downs 8k. I always think that it looks perfect in its setting, right size, proportions and surroundings. It isn’t sufficient to kick start any faith but I can appreciate the power and the aesthetics of buildings like this.

I’m no expert on architecture but have always had an interest and definitely feel that good architecture has a positive impact on the way we feel and perhaps how we behave.

End of holiday jobs done - glasses repaired and hair cut. Back to school tomorrow.
