Church Street, Aylesbury

My tiny Tuesday shot is of some brickwork on one of historic properties in this street in Aylesbury,

This particular house in now a solicitor’s office. It was built in 1546 and refronted in1739.

I took the shot to illustrate how tradesmen back in the 1700s made such a good job of their bricklaying.

The house was the home of Thomas Hickman, a benefactors to the town.
