Got crutches.

Have had some problems with my back since I helped a neighbour pulling (rescuing) his boat on shore in the storm a short while ago. My back was healing through. Yesterday when I lifted something too heavy too wrongly, my sciatic nerve said full stop. Now I have got crutches and am told how to behave. I must eat 4 paracetamol daily as long it takes until I get well enough. Might takes a while. Doc, who is the neighbour and good friend who I helped with boat, told me 6 to 12 weeks.
