Wet

Keepfit this morning and then a church leaders' meeting, with a couple of things that needed to be done this afternoon.
Our son came over to help with some removal of branches for his wood burner but came without the oil for the chainsaw - though as it turned out he couldn't have used it as we had a thunderstorm with torrential rain for part of the time he was here. However, between 3 of us we got most of them cut up with handsaws and I did a bit more hardcore moving and levelling. We did get soaked but once wet it wasn't worth drying out until we'd finished. The ground is so dry we almost had a lake at the bottom of the garden - but the waterbutts now have some water in them!
Out to the church for 2 separate meetings this evening.
