Trench

This trench now goes all the way along the front of the double garage. There will be a wall built as we will be having two windows kind of were the garage doors are. 

Today was my first day in two weeks without stockings on and by the look of my legs you would think I was still wearing them. Ha. 

We went a longer walk this morning.  So I was very pleased. And it felt great. I did take painkillers this morning , but so far I haven't had a afternoon dose of them. I'm trying to just get on with it. I can feel and see a huge difference in my back pain. I definitely don't have the type of pain I had beforehand.  And it feels amazing.  I think once the leg and butt pain goes it will be absolutely incredible.  I don't want to jinx anything just yet but it's great to have independence and not have to rely on anyone to push me . And I haven't broken down in tears for weeks. 

The jedi is singing  " Carson the red nose human " in the garden.  Yip Christmas tunes already.  Thank goodness the neighbours love him. 

Xander is feeling quite tired as he was awake through the night. So he's a bit tetchy.  The other two are on tech while their soag bol cooks.
