Tiny bottle of tabasco sauce

I have been awake too long. Arose at 5.15, drove to my niece's place, picked her up and took her to hospital. At 10am I felt it should have bbe 2pm! For all the extra time freed up by the ridiculously early start, I didn't use it wisely. I made a new meal which flopped, didn't go to the gym and neglected my hour in the park.
