The Spider and the Fly
I was sitting on the patio watching more of my online sketching tutorial when I spotted something white on my miniature buddleja, which has finally decided to flower. Closer inspection identified it as a crab spider. It wasn't until I got it onto the computer that I noticed its gruesome companion - look large if you dare!
"Will you walk into my parlour?" said a spider to a fly;
"'Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy.
The way into my parlour is up a winding stair,
And I have many pretty things to show when you are there."
"Oh no, no!" said the little fly, "to ask me is in vain,
For who goes up your winding stair can ne'er come down again."
