Think before you park … it’s about safety

At the local Loretto Primary School, there’s an imaginative way to discourage lazy parents from causing road disruption and danger to kids by irresponsible parking.

Let’s hope it has a positive effect. I’ve seen it myself in the past where little kids have nearly been knocked over by irresponsible drivers.

The council also had traffic wardens out a wee while back handing out tickets, it’s a shame they can’t be there more regularly. 

Some people. I’m guessing that this is a nationwide problem and not just in East Lothian.
