4am wake up call

Isaac is happy to clown around when woken from a deep slumber - he’s surprisingly great company at 4am.

Flights home were delightfully straightforward and well-timed to make the inevitable jet lag slightly less awful.

The children each said that the best thing about being home was that it smells right - seemed a really bizarre concept to me. We cooked a meal in a complete daze and flopped into our own beds (which is my favourite part of being home).
