Trail Walk

Nice morning for dog walk.

Sun still shining, a little rain overnight but disappeared very quickly.

Popped out for a 5km run. Don’t run much these days other than parkrun but enjoyed it.

MrsT out for work today.

Got another working from home day with badminton this evening.
