Decisions, decisions......maybe I'll just have beans on toast.....
Had a bit of a breadmaking disaster yesterday, I used twice as much yeast as I should have done (was it a momentary lapse of concentration or a senior moment?...the court's still out on that one) so the dough rose to mammoth proportions (akin to Paul Hollywoods recent American indiscretions) but then deflated like a pricked balloon when I took it out of the oven (er, ditto)....it tastes OK but it ain't pretty ;-)
